My reports are not showing up properly, how do I fix this?

If the answers or user reports you've downloaded through the admin panel are not separated by columns, then you might need to change the settings in Excel to support the English language. 

In excel, go to File > Options > Advanced. Then make sure the "Use system separators" is NOT checked, and that both fields are set to "," .
