How to open the quest builder?

Options: 

1. If you in the content tab > find the quest in the list and press the quest builder icon on the right 
2. Or you could select the quest under manage content > press build > press quest builder 
3. If you need to create a new quest: press the create new content button > select quest > fill in the applicable fields > start building.
