Ability to control the Community box in the Admin Dashboard: February 2024 (BETA)
You can now respond to messages and see comments in the community box in the admin dashboard. Mentors / Admins can send messages to a specific community or to all communities. We're pushing updates to the community in the admin, so if a user added a message in the webapp, within a few seconds (up to 30) the message will appear in the admin as well. Please ask your Project Manager to activate this feature for you.

When the Mentor clicks on a specific user, we display a user panel above the messages with some details about the user and the progress in the quest. We're pushing updates to the 1:1 page in the admin, so if a user added a message in the webapp, within a few seconds (up to 30) the message will appear in the admin as well. When Mentors post messages or comments, we push the new messages and comments, and also notifications for the messages, from the admin to the webapp. Please ask your Project Manager to activate this feature for you.

Using Cohorts in Learning Paths & Groups: November 2023
Support setting cohorts for quests in learning paths and learning groups.
Dashboard multi language support: September 2023
The main feature in this version is the multi language support in the dashboard.
Unlike the quests where the UI language is defined on quest level, the UI language in the dashboard is set on user level. Default language is the customer language, but users can change to one of the supported languages in the dashboard itself, and the change will be saved for the next login. The user language can also be changed in the admin (admin can change to any active language in the system, but if the dashboard does not support this language the fallback will be to English).
Change A Users Email: September 2023
You can now login to the admin portal and in the all users list change a users email.
Embed Interflexion: September 2023
We added a role play interactive feature to the external content list. You will need to have a contract with Interflexion to use this. You can contact info@interflexion.com for more information.

Google Forms: September 2023
Added Google Forms to content wizard and the dashboard to be used as a Stand Alone Content Item.
Standalone Content Items: August 2023
You can now add all sorts of content types. We understand that sometimes you need to share content that isn't part of a Quest. Now, you can add different types of content like audio, videos, documents, and more. Learners can find these standalone items in their Learner Dashboard and complete them on their own, not just as part of a Quest. To use this feature, ask your Project Manager to activate the learner dashboard. If it's not activated, you won't see this option in the Admin Portal. Get a quick look at how it works in our demo video. We also added the ability to send updates to users on being added to new content items (receive an email).
New Roles: August 2023
We've made roles simpler and more intuitive, and added new roles and permissions:
- Account Admin: This role remains unchanged, providing full permissions to edit settings, manage users, oversee content, and more.
- LMS Manager: A new role with capabilities similar to those of an account admin, excluding account settings management. LMS Managers can handle users, content, create learning groups, and more—except for editing LMS settings.
- Author & Mentor: This new role has the ability to create and edit content, while also serving as a mentor within specific Quests or cohorts.
- Learner: Previously known as Player, this role is solely focused on engaging in learning, without any management or administration responsibilities.
With this new update, content in an account can be viewed only by Account Admins and LMS Managers. Authors will only be able to view and edit Quests and content items that they have created. Therefore, while managing specific content items or Quests, you can also incorporate the following roles that are content item-specific:
- Owners: Add additional owners to content so they can manage everything related to the content item—user invitations, setting adjustments, content edits, mentoring, and more.
- Collaborators: Add content collaborators to assist in content creation and editing.
- Global Mentors: Give mentoring abilities across all the cohorts within a specific Quest.
Here’s a video showcasing the new role structure and the updates in this area.
Fresh Look on the Admin Dashboard: August 2023
You'll notice a fresh new interface that's been designed to improve your user experience. We're introducing new tabs to accommodate the addition of new learning content types and to better group related items together. While your familiar features remain unchanged, some might now be located under these new tabs. Here’s a quick demo video showing the new interface and updates.
Files & Media Library: August 2023
This is a list of all the content items you have used previously. Here is a video.
Integrations & Automations: July 2023
You can set up your own emails to send to learners / Mentors or Admins on different triggers like signing up to a quest, completing missions, failing a quiz, completing a quest etc. Our technical team can also assist with integrations and webhooks as we now have an open API. This means we can send information form myQuest to other platforms like CRM’s.
Learning Path: March 2023
This feature allows you to set a learning path of a group of quests. Here you can group quests together for the learners to complete. You can also use this to set quests to be done in a particular sequence. You will need to first create a learning group to use this feature (unless you are selecting quests that are available to all users in the account). You can select the order the quests should be completed in and you can lock a quest (meaning the user can only unlock the next quest once quest 1 was completed). You can select a date to unlock a quest - for example you have a course that needs to be completed only in April - This will be locked until you unlock this for users to complete on 1 April. Watch the demo video here
Quests Library: March 2023
The lists of quests and learning paths available to the users either by learning groups, directly or generally available to all of the customer users. This si on the Content library side of the learner dashboard.
Point Management: February 2023
We have also added the ability to manually assign extra points to a user via the quest users list or a csv file automatically. Our point system and the way the scoring works will remain the same - but should you want to assign additional points for exams or doing certain assignments you can.
Exporting to SCORM: February 2023
You can now export your quest into a SCORM package and give this to your client to upload and use in their own LMS. Your client will be able to track start and completion in their own LMS. All other reporting will be done via myQuest admin dashboard. You will not lose any myQuest features like the community, coaching, habits etc will all still work.
Compliance Settings: January 2023
The ability to set a start and due date for a Quest and ensure everyone finishes their Quest on time. This is very useful for compliance training or when you want to ensure all learners complete the training by a specific date. With this new feature, you can set a due date for specific training and send learners automatic reminders before and after the due date. We added a new quest completion analytics tab. This allows you to track user completion and see their status, like who is overdue and who completed the quest on time. Watch this quick video outlining both of these new features.
Completion Analytics: January 2023
A quick reporting overview of completion analytics for a quest.
Learning Group: December 2022
This is a way to group users together to provide the same content to those specific users. You get to choose the content/quests that will be available for them. Example: You create a learning group for the sales team - here you can assign all 5 quests that the sales team need to take. These quests will appear in the learner dashboard for the user to be able to select and start. You can also assign certain users to the learning group. Sticking to the above example - you would add the 20 employees in the sales team to the learning group. You can add users manually or upload a CSV file for bulk users. If you add a new user to the learning group (were not previously in the system) - they would receive an automatic email > they would click the link (link valid for 14 days) > set their password > login > this will open their learner dashboard with the list of quests assigned to them. Please note everyone will land in the default cohort. Watch the demo video here
Quest Map: November 2022
The Quest Map is a tool for the learner to see their individual learning journey and progress. Watch the video to see how this works and looks.
Learner Dashboard: October 2022
This tool allows the learner to see all the quests they completed, are currently busy with and are signed up to start. Right now, the dashboard is basic, and we are working on adding more capabilities to it. Watch the video to see how this works and looks.
