We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to your mentoring experience! The myQuest Mentoring Portal is transitioning to a more intuitive and feature-rich interface - the myQuest LMS Admin Portal. This change will take effect from April 20th, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.
What's Changing?
Starting from April 20th, the current myQuest Mentoring Portal will be unavailable. We're upgrading to the myQuest LMS Admin Portal, which will serve as the new hub for all your mentoring activities, including 1:1 coaching and community interactions.
Why the Transition?
This transition is part of our commitment to providing you with an enhanced mentoring experience. The new portal offers a more user-friendly interface, improved features, and streamlined access to all your mentoring needs.
How to Access the New Portal?
You can easily access the mentoring area via the myQuest LMS Admin Portal at https://admin.myquest.co. You will be requested to insert your unique customer key (unless you already have your unique login link). If you don't know what it is, contact your Project Manager.
In the menu on the left-hand side of the portal, you will find a new tab labeled 'Mentor'. Here, you can choose to interact with learners either one-on-one in the 1:1 coaching area or within the community area.
If you select 1:1 coaching, you will see a list of learners available for coaching. You can select any one of them to view previous interactions, send new messages, and engage in other mentoring activities.
If you select 'Communities', you will see a list of the various cohorts you're mentoring. You'll have the ability to post messages in each of these communities.
