How do I publish a Quest?

To publish a Quest, select it in the drop down menu on the left hand side under manage content, then go to Build >  'Quest Builder'. When in the Quest Builder, click on 'Publish Panel', select up to which Level you would like to publish the Quest, and hit the 'Publish' button. 

Note that in order to publish a Quest, all of the required fields, marked with a red asterisk in the Quest Builder, must be filled out.
