How to respond and message users in the 1:1 coaching and community sections

To respond and message your users, go to your Quest's URL, and log in with your admin or mentor credentials. Then, click on the '1:1 Coaching' or 'My Community' sections to view the posts, questions, and replies your users posted. 

If, for example, your Quest's URL is https://quest.domain.com, you will need to go to this URL https://quest.domain.com/app to log in to your account.
