What is the resource center and how to upload files and links to it

Here you can add items via a file or link to be accessed at any time during the quest.
As an example - this could be a workbook the Learner or Mentor needs to use throughout the entire course. It could also be used for additional content items.

You can add items even while learners are taking the quest.
