1:1 coaching allows users to write personal messages to their coach, as well as share answers to questions that appear throughout the Quest directly with the coach.
To activate 1:1 coaching for existing users, select the correct Quest under Manage Content. Then click on “Manage” > “Quest Learners” > Update Icon > Personal mentoring type > 1:1 coaching and save.
