How do I change a user's or admin's name?

To change a user's name, click on “All Users” > Update icon. Then, change the name that appears under 'First Name' and 'Last Name'. 

If you'd like to change the name of an admin or a Primary Quest Owner - note that the change reflects in the Quest itself, simply filter the users list by 'Role' to find the relevant users.
